Payment and delivery

The shop sells digital products only — files to download. Below you will find the accepted payment methods, order fulfilment times and refund rules.

Accepted payment methods

Online payments are handled by Autopay S.A., ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, 81-718 Sopot, Poland, KRS 0000320590, VAT ID 585-13-51-185.
Available methods: BLIK, fast online bank transfer (pay by link) and payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro.
All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices — they include all additional costs, including taxes. No surcharge is added for any payment method.

The fulfilment time is counted from the moment the payment is successfully authorised.
Where the customer chooses bank transfer, electronic payment or card — from the day the Seller's bank account is credited.

Delivery method: electronic only — an individual download link sent to the e-mail address given in the order. Delivery cost: 0 PLN. Delivery time: immediately after payment authorisation, usually within minutes, no later than 24 hours.
The link is valid for 30 days and each file can be downloaded up to 10 times.
The products are digital files and are not subject to export restrictions. Sales are made in Poland and other European Union countries. We do not ship physical parcels.

Where a refund is required for a transaction made by card, the Seller will refund the bank account assigned to the customer's payment card.
Otherwise the refund is made using the same payment method the customer used. Details, including the exceptions to the right of withdrawal for digital content, are set out in the terms (§4, §6 and §8).

The connection to the shop is encrypted (HTTPS). Card details are entered solely on the secured page of the payment operator.
The Seller does not store or process payment card data.
