Design covers the whole terrain with existing buildings, pavements/paths, and most important: the house, because the garden enriches the house, augments it, and bonds it with the area. That's why it is important to have a complete picture of the designed garden and your property.
The price covers the whole terrain and concerns 1m2 of designed area:
- from 1 EUR/m2 - price for the flat area (net)
- from 1.20 EUR/m2 - price for the irregular area (elevation within the designed area of more than 2m) (net)
- the minimal cost for areas less than 500m2 is 1 000 EUR
- design costs are individually calculated before works
Should you require additional support during:
- project realization
- modifying terrain layout
- plot shaping
- modifications
- discussion with contractors
- shopping for plants
- planting plant scheme
- materials selection
- change decisions or terrain difficulties
I offer consultation services/visits from 25 EUR/1h (net)
Additional fee per km will be added to the cost for location outside Lublin
